The Project

This low-impact, eco-build project created an exciting multi-use venue for our clients. The rustic yet modern finish provides the perfect space for everything from educational workshops to wedding parties. As well as as a traditional oak frame sat on rammed earth foundations, the project included compost toilets, an outside shower, long burning stove and cooking range. To protect tree roots at the site, the floor was raised from the woodland grounds.

The oak frame was left untreated for a natural finish throughout,
with a weathered cladding added externally.
