When one of Yorkshire’s greatest fine dining restaurants was expanding, they approached us to create extra space that reflected the quality of their brand. The new oak frame building we designed, manufactured and installed provided extra seating for the restaurant as well as space for a deli specialising in local produce. The centrepiece of the building was a large smokehouse. To complement this and the existing building, the oak structure was finished externally with brick and glass.
850 sq ft of floor space.
