Residential Eastfield Horsforth, Leeds

The Project

Eastfield is an eye-catching family residence in north Leeds. As part of a full house refurbishment a large glazing gable frame was incorporated into the main open plan living area flooding natural light into the kitchen, dining and living area.
The main new addition to the house is a link building with various glazed sections between the house and what was the coach house. With access to both the courtyard and the garden, this created a casual lounge/bar area as well a car port and additional guest bedrooms upstairs.

The Design

Large glazed gable frames. Feature king post trusses.

The Finish

The hand-finished frames were oiled both internally and externally.
